Damo Wang S/S 2020. WU XIA- a genre found in Chinese fiction pertaining to martial arts. Wang’s definition is representative of these works of fiction but with the of modern elements found in current China. The collection is wearable, something you don’t see much now a days. It adopts mixing textures and prints and brings together weighted layers with traditional elements to create functional silhouettes. I could go on and on. Hands down my favorite collection of #NYFW. I really want those hats. I hope the collection will be available outside of China.
