#NYFW: CARLISLE F/W18 at Pier59 Studios

February 13, 2018- With newly appointed Creative Director Fred Tutino (previously the creative director of Ellie Tahari) in-charge of American luxury direct-to-consumer fashion label CARLISLE, all eyes were on their Fall/Winter 2018 debut runway show.

Folk Dandy,” a concept Fashion 360 Magazine says Tutino described as, “mixes an English eccentric’s Saville Row tailoring with a Balkan’s folk spirit.” The 37 piece collection, styled by Micaela Erlanger, showcased layers, warmth and simplistic elegance. Tutino made sure not to stray away from CARLISLE’s signature celebrate femininity, confidence and the everyday cosmopolitan woman with this collection but add a new element to the brand’s versatility. Evening Wear . Stand out pieces incorporating texture, spark and my favorite … plaid. The collection will be available for purchase online.

Here are my favorite looks from Carlisle’s Debut runway show at Pier 59 Studios.
