#NYFW: Videmus Omnia A/W 18

February 14, 2018- Videmus Omnia. I stumbled across the brand while researching emerging designers for my @nyfwofficial trip and I can honestly say it was a great find.

The Videmus Omnia A/W 18 runway show was held at Industria Studios in Manhattan Valentines day. Titled “Labyrinth,” Designer Yun Qu takes inspiration from Japanese romanticism in art and tradition and Pablo Picasso’s iconic cubism paintings. Two things that are stark in similarities.  In Qu’s own words the collection is “offers a glimpse into the mind of a young designer, where reality isn’t always as it seems.”

The collection is beautiful. From the prints and color range to the deconstructed aspect of each piece, I was in love. It was so enjoyable to see a designer use a variety of silhouettes and play with the form of the body. My favorite piece was the red oversized shirt with the 3D heats. I have been dreaming of it ever since. I can’t wait to see what the designer come up with next.

Make sure to follow the brand on Instagram and  visit the website https://www.videmusomnia.com

Here are my favorite looks from Videmus Omnia A/W 18.
