#NYFW | JUN JIE SS19

DSC01574.jpg

Founded in 2017, New York based designer, Jun Jie Yang, debuted "Jun Jie;" a new age luxury fashion label that bases silhouettes off of construction and volume.

Jun Jie SS19 has an unmistaken 70's influence with a dash of house deco and retro futurism. Think the fashion of Rosemary’s Baby meets 2001: A Space Odyssey and The Jetsons.  Both classics and memorable enough to create a cult following. In Jie's own words this collection "looks back at the past, to propose a modern wardrobe of the future for a younger generation." Handbags shown were in collaboration with CUTO Technology & the Mink Fur that adorned the jackets of the collection were courtesy of Copenhagen Fur.

The collection was fresh. It pushed the edge enough to be different and still wearable. I wouldn't mind adding some of these looks to my wardrobe. Check out their latest collection.
